Product Introduction

Oil chiller is a unit to cool down the temperature of hydraulic oil, lubricating oil and cooling oil etc. during producing process. In varies manufacturing fieldsite, the machine tool spindles, bearings and gears get overheat and thermal deformation due to the high speed rotational impact, overheat and thermal deformation cause the displacement of machining parts and degrade the machining accuracy, the oil chiller performs cooling down by circulating oil and prevents oil temperature rise, it is a good assistant to insure the machining accuracy and improve producing quality.

1. With cooling/heating capacity from 1.0KW~160KW, special requirement is workable;

2. With branded compressor like Copeland/Hitachi/Sanyo etc., running a high effiency of cooling/heating performance;

3.  New micro-computer controller, Chinesse/English language display, fully automatic PLC based units, easy to operate and set;

4.  "fixed temperature" and "room temperature homology type" two control modes, the user can choose according to actual needs;

5.  Environment friendly refrigerant R-407C/R-134a/R-410A, available

6.  Multiple protection functions, with a variety of fault location display for easy maintenance. Provide passive contact alarm output terminals, coupled with machine control systems to form a closed loop control system, improve the safety of machine control systems;

7.  Both cooling and heating functions, start heating when the oil temperature is below 10 ?,  stop heating when the oil temperature is up to 15 ?;

8.  Compact structure, high efficiency and easy to maintain.

Note		1. The above cooling capacity is based on the condition of ambient temperature 35?, oil inlet temperature 35? for oil ISO Vg32. 2. There are two types of temperature controlling--fixed Temp. control type and differential Temp. control type. Users may choose suitable one according to the requirement. The lower limit value of both types are 15? and T*=0~±9?. 3. CO-?: without oil pump and tank; CO-?P: with oil pump; CO-?PT with oil pump and tank; CO-?P2T with double oil pump and tank. 4. Heating capacity only for COR type with cooling/heating function, the heating capacity is based on the condition of ambient Temp. 13?, oil inlet temp. 13?. 5.
