A water chiller is an industrial water refrigeration system that cools a process fluid or dehumidifies air in commercial and industrial facilities. The water chiller is a complete water cooling system filled with refrigeration components including a compressor, condenser,evaporator, refrigerant pipes, coolant expansion reservoir, pumps and so on. Our air cooled water chiller offering a free cooling variant and a wide span of cooling capacities from 1.0 to 160KW, it is a good assistant to keep the machine cool and insure the machining accuracy.

Product Features

1. With cooling/heating capacity from 1.0KW~160KW, special requirement is workable;

2. With branded compressor like Copeland/Hitachi/Sanyo etc., running a high effiency of cooling/heating performance;

3.  New micro-computer controller, Chinesse/English language display, fully automatic PLC based units, easy to operate and set;

4.  "fixed temperature" and "room temperature homology type" two control modes, the user can choose according to actual needs;

5.  Environment friendly refrigerant R-407C/R-134a/R-410A, available;

6.  Multiple protection functions, with a variety of fault location display for easy maintenance. Provide passive contact alarm output terminals, coupled with machine control systems to form a closed loop control system, improve the safety of machine control systems;

7.  Both cooling and heating functions, start heating when the oil temperature is below 10 ?,  stop heating when the oil temperature is up to 15 ?;

8.  Complete stainless steel of water circulation system, no worries of rust problem;

9.  Compact structure, high efficiency and easy to maintain.

There are two types of temperature controlling--fixed Temp. control type and differential Temp. control type. Users may choose suitable one according to the requirement. The lower limit value of both types are 15? and T*=0~±9?. 3. CW-?: without water pump and tank; CW-?P: with water pump; CW-?PT with water pump and tank. 4. Heating capacity only for OR type with cooling/heating function, the heating capacity is based on the condition of ambient Temp. 13?, water inlet temp. 13?. 5.
